You sold my home in seven days! Not only did John do all the things other real estate agents do, he helped me put an extra $14,000 into my own pocket. The starting point was John listed our home for $500…not a penny more. He did all the work, showings, negotiations, paperwork, due diligence on the offer and background work. All of this made us feel very comfortable with the deal. On the flip side he is giving us Cash Back on the home we purchased. So he essentially helped us lower our payments because we are able to save money on listing fees and gave us a rebate on our home which allowed us to get a lot of the upgrades we wanted.

When I heard John's ad on the radio saying he charged as little as $500 to sell a house, and on top of that, would rebate 1% of the sales price on the purchase of another home, I was VERY skeptical that he would provide the full service that other agents would provide. But, because moving is an expensive endeavor and I was hoping to save money, I decided to call John to set an appointment with him. I could tell after talking with him that John is "the real deal." He did everything he said he would do, and everything any other realtor would do. (He sold my house after only 2 weeks on the market!)
