Colorado Flat Fee Realty
I have quite a story! I contacted a realtor in my home area from a large co. She told me what my house was worth in her estimation, Even though, my house needed a lot of repairs, I wasn't satisfied with the price she gave me. A friend gave me the name of Colorado FLat Fee Realty Co. I called and was given the name of a realtor I could contact, Ruben Nunez. I contacted him and he came over the same day. He explained their fees and helped me with the paperwork, listened to my needs and my prospective on the pricing of the house. I signed that night with him to list and sell the house. He said he would list it when I was ready for what ever price we both agreed to The house was on the market for one day and we sold the house for $40,000 more than the other realtor said it was worth. Ruben was a great guide through the entire step by step process. process. I was in Richmond during the closing and that went well with my son at the closing with the proper paper work. I am so grateful for the Colorado Flat Fee Reality Company, INC and especially, Ruben.
My husband and I were selling a home at 3550 Mallard Drive in Highlands Ranch, CO. John took extra time to explain the process and there were no unwanted surprises. We were able to enter into contract within 30 days, which was very fast considering we were entering into the Winter months. John's expertise shined through during inspection when he was able to provide additional guidance. The closing was very smooth. I would highly recommend John Vizzi for both quality and a very reasonable commission. Overall quality at a great price!
As new residents of Colorado, Tom and I were worried we weren't going to find the right home in this booming real estate market. We have been looking on our own for a few months and couldn't believe how quickly home values were rising. We knew in order to find our home, we needed to find an aggressive real estate agent who had our best interest at heart and was clear on our budget as well as our wish list.
When Tom and I met John and Sue we knew instantly that we wanted to work with them. They met our expectations and went above and beyond to get us the home we wanted. They are very knowledgeable of the region and the moving market, they are experienced and extremely dedicated to their work and clients. Thanks to their efforts we not only got the house we wanted, we saved a significant amount of money. John is a tough negotiator and he and Sue will fight to save you as much money as he can.
Plus, his program allows you to receive one percent of the purchase price back at closing! Who does that?! Even after closing, I still seek Sue's advice on some remodeling we are doing to the new house and it is wonderful how she is always available to offer her best advice. I highly recommend John and Sue to anyone who is serious about staying within budget and finding the right home here in Colorado. Thank you.
Thanks for your hard work on getting my house sold. I know we had some issues that needed to get resolved by me and you stuck with me threw out the whole process. It was time consuming but I appreciate your commitment to getting it done.
Thanks, Rex Crook
