We decided to use John Vizzi and Colorado Flat Fee Realty after hearing about the great job he did for our father a few years ago. We were not disappointed. John came over and spent a couple hours with us to go through the house, finalize our asking price and discuss the process. He was very clear about the flat fee and commission structure. It was easy to understand the savings over the traditional (3% to listing agent + 3% buyer's agent) model.
