My name is Hannah McKinnon, I sold a Condo belonging to my son with John Vizzi of Arapahoe Properties. I heard his ad on the radio…and the concept of a “flat fee” listing appealed to me. I am an inactive Realtor myself.
At the listing appointment, John explained the listing agreement and the contract documents very well. He represented the Seller and was not a Transaction Broker, which also appealed to me.
I had remodeled the Condo extensively and it was essentially new. The day we put the property on the market, we received a full price offer.
