No. Your home is marketed and presented on the MLS and all real estate websites exactly the same as any other listing. There is no indication on the listing that you used a discount realtor.
The buyer’s agent commission is a separate, negotiable item. Our listing fees cover the listing (seller’s) side only. We will advise you on current market norms for buyer’s agent compensation in your area. If you find your own buyer who has not yet signed with another agent, we can handle the entire transaction at the same low rate as your listing plan—saving you even more.

We work with you to make strategic adjustments to your pricing or marketing approach. Our agents are experienced in reading market conditions and will help you reassess your strategy if needed. Under Options 2 and 3, you may cancel your listing at any time for any reason, provided your home is not currently under contract. Per MLS rules, cancellation is not permitted while a property is under contract.
