My wife and I want to thank you for helping us sell two homes in the last eight months and saving us over $22,000 in real estate commissions in the process. I know people may be skeptical of your program when they first hear about it just as we were but I will say to them you are a man of your word and your program works to save people a lot of money when selling their homes while they still receive quality advice from an experienced real estate professional. What more could a seller ask?

I'm definitely pleased with the services provided by Colorado Flat Fee Realty.
I had a great experience with Colorado Flat Fee Realty. Phil and Carrie were very helpful and I liked working with them. Phil was readily available for questions and advice, and his negotiation skills definitely made a difference. Thank you!" Sincerely, Lisa Silver
