When I heard John's ad on the radio saying he charged as little as $500 to sell a house, and on top of that, would rebate 1% of the sales price on the purchase of another home, I was VERY skeptical that he would provide the full service that other agents would provide. But, because moving is an expensive endeavor and I was hoping to save money, I decided to call John to set an appointment with him. I could tell after talking with him that John is "the real deal." He did everything he said he would do, and everything any other realtor would do. (He sold my house after only 2 weeks on the market!) I was referred by a work colleague. I called on a Friday and John came out and met with me the next morning. John walked me through the entire process. I asked many of the 'obvious' questions about 'flat fee' selling. Not to my surprise, the process went as smoothly as John explained. 30+ pictures were professional and showed off my house better than I could have expected. Showings were handled using web and/or phone calls. Reviews online. The house sold for what I wanted. Closing was as simple as signing my name (a few times).
