When I heard John's ad on the radio saying he charged as little as $500 to sell a house, and on top of that, would rebate 1% of the sales price on the purchase of another home, I was VERY skeptical that he would provide the full service that other agents would provide. But, because moving is an expensive endeavor and I was hoping to save money, I decided to call John to set an appointment with him. I could tell after talking with him that John is "the real deal."
