I have quite a story! I contacted a realtor in my home area from a large co. She told me what my house was worth in her estimation, Even though, my house needed a lot of repairs, I wasn't satisfied with the price she gave me. A friend gave me the name of Colorado FLat Fee Realty Co. I called and was given the name of a realtor I could contact, Ruben Nunez. I contacted him and he came over the same day.
