As new residents of Colorado, Tom and I were worried we weren't going to find the right home in this booming real estate market. When I heard John's ad on the radio saying he charged as little as $500 to sell a house, and on top of that, would rebate 1% of the sales price on the purchase of another home, I was VERY skeptical that he would provide the full service that other agents would provide.
