As new residents of Colorado, Tom and I were worried we weren't going to find the right home in this booming real estate market. He has 20+ years experience which helped me understand the process and advised me about the reasonableness or not of the buyers asks. Our home sold on opening weekend (about 3 days) for more than our asking price and prior to the finished improvements because Julius was able to convey the vision to the buyer(s) of the home when professionally cleaned, freshly paint and with new carpet.
