The starting point was John listed our home for $500…not a penny more. He did all the work, showings, negotiations, paperwork, due diligence on the offer and background work. We decided to use John Vizzi and Colorado Flat Fee Realty after hearing about the great job he did for our father a few years ago. We were not disappointed. It was easy to understand the savings over the traditional (3% to listing agent + 3% buyer's agent) model. We were impressed with John's patience in explaining the real estate contract and we liked the strategies he presented to increase the probability of closing the deal.
