I have quite a story! I contacted a realtor in my home area from a large co. She told me what my house was worth in her estimation, Even though, my house needed a lot of repairs, I wasn't satisfied with the price she gave me. A friend gave me the name of Colorado FLat Fee Realty Co. I called and was given the name of a realtor I could contact, Ruben Nunez. I contacted him and he came over the same day. He explained their fees and helped me with the paperwork, listened to my needs and my prospective on the pricing of the house. I signed that night with him to list and sell the house.
