All our Flat Fee MLS listing option programs are FULL SERVICE.
1. List Price From Zero to $199,999.99 is $2,000.00 flat fee ($1,000.00 up front and $1,000.00 at closing).
2. List Price From $200,000.00 to $500,000.00 is $2,500.00 flat fee ($1,250.00 up front and $1,250.00 at closing).
3. Any listing price over $500,000.00 is 1/2% (1/4% up front and a 1/4% at closing)
4. For all price ranges if you do not want to pay any money up front, then you pay 1% of sales price at closing or $3,500.00 whichever is greater.
5. Programs may vary based on market conditions.
